HAVING YOUR OWN BUSINESS MUST BE STRESSFUL AT TIMES, HOW DO YOU KEEP ON TOP OF THE WORKLOAD?

Holly: I think running your own business definitely has ups and downs in terms of the balancing the workload. One thing that I love about it is that you can structure how you run your business around your own schedule. I am a super early riser and find that my brain is always on fire in the morning so I try to get all of the important things done first thing and then I have the rest of the day to indulge in the things I love. I also try to build gaps into the day to allow for anything that might pop up or that I may have missed.

WHAT DOES TIME OUT LOOK LIKE FOR YOU?

Holly: I love being surrounded by nature. Whether its going for a run, taking a picnic to the park or getting away for the weekend to go for a nice hike.

TELL US A BIT ABOUT MARINE COLLAGEN AND THE WORLD OF INGESTIBLE BEAUTY

Holly: Since I was a teenager, I have always believed that the skin is a reflection of whats going on inside your body. At the age of 15, I developed a severe case of cystic acne all over my face and back which made me so conscious of my skin and I became really aware of everything I was putting inside my body and how my skin would react.

I actually stumbled across marine collagen around 5 years ago after my naturopath (who is also my mother) told me to start taking collagen to help rebuild my gut after the drugs I was put on to clear my acne. At that time, ingestible collagen didn't seem to exist in Australia so I had to ship it from the US. After taking collagen for around 3 weeks I actually couldn't believe how amazing it made my skin look and feel. That was when I fell in love with it and knew that I had to share this incredible product with the world.

Today marine collagen is becoming the fasted growing ingestible beauty product on the market with science proving its effectiveness in making skin more plump and hydrated, reducing fine lines and wrinkles and helping to rebuild collagen stores in our body that begin to depreciate as we age. I am extremely proud in knowing that Puresque has one of the most pure and high quality marine collagen's on the market today. I know first hand what skin can do to your confidence so seeing all of the positive reviews from our amazing customers puts the biggest smile on my face knowing that we have been able to help people feel confident in their own skin.

YOUR FAVOURITE RECIPE FOR PURESQUE?

Holly:  I love adding Puresque to my hot chocolate at night. It makes it so creamy and it's perfect for those colder winter months.

1 cup almond or coconut milk

2 teaspoons Puresque

1 tablespoon organic cacao

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Maple syrup or stevia to sweeten

MOST SERENE PLACE YOU'VE EVER VISITED?

Holly:  I went to Vietnam with one of my best friends and we did a two hour hike up a mountain which was probably one of the most challenging things I have done in 35 degree heat. After the hike, we were coming down the mountain and found a path that we decided to follow. It opened up to a huge lake that was surrounded by lush forest and a boardwalk that was only just covered by water, leading out to the middle of the lake. We were the only ones there which was the most amazing experience so we just lay there and took it all in. I remember thinking to myself that I would remember that moment for the rest of my life.

BOOKS ON YOUR BESIDE TABLE?

Holly:  I don't do a lot of reading but when I do, it's because I want to learn something. Most of the books I have read are about health or the mind. I actually have a Tony Robbins book beside my bed at the moment. I am not a huge follower of his work but I love how it gives you a different perspective on things which I think is really important for business and personal growth.
