COVID-19 UPDATE

Please note the following advice that we have received from AusPost with regard to shipping timelines:

'Our priority at Australia Post is to protect our people, customers and community so we can continue to serve Australians both during, and after, the current Coronavirus pandemic. We’re doing everything possible to keep delivering for Australia. Our Post Offices remain open and our posties and drivers are still out delivering each and every day.

With many people moving to online shopping as they work from home, self-isolate or sensibly avoid confined public spaces to protect themselves, we are seeing and uplift in parcels that is resulting in some delays in our network.

The current reduction in domestic flights has seen delays begin to occur in our domestic deliveries – particularly in the Express Post Network.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause, but be assured that we’re working as hard as we can to reduce the impact on customers, and thank everyone for their support and patience during this time'.

SHIPPING SATCHELS

We are proud to have partnered with Heropack and their zero-waste satchels, made from completely compostable materials. All orders are shipped in 100% biodegradable mailbags.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Shipping within Australia is FREE OF CHARGE if over the value of $100 and a flat rate of $8 for orders below this. Orders will normally be processed within 24 hours.

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post's Standard Post service.

If you would like your order even quicker, you can select Express Shipping within Australia at a flat rate of $13AUD.

To determine if your delivery address falls within the next business day service network, please refer to the Australia Post Delivery Calculator and reference the Express Post service. For deliveries that fall outside of the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links to get your order to you.

Please note, where an order is placed during a promotional period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

All orders are tracked by Australia Post. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your parcel has left our distribution centre.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

MAEVA is happy to accommodate our international guests and will ship world wide.

Deliveries outside of Australia can be expected to arrive within 7-10 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location.  

All International orders are sent via Australia Post - regular post, however If you require your order to be sent via international express post please contact us at hello@maevasleep.com to receive a freight quote.

International shipping is a $20AUD for all countries outside of Australia.

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

All costs, both product and shipping are in Australian Dollars.
