Returns Policy

We hope that you love your loungewear items but in the unfortunate event that they weren't quite right, we offer the following returns and exchange policy at MAEVA;

If you change your mind, your item is faulty, unsuitable or your item isn’t as described we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase on any full priced items as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed only the purchase price.

We are unable to accept returns on any items that that have been used, modified, marked or damaged in any way post purchase. Any item offered as a gift with purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wrong Item

If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@maevasleep.com quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product received and product originally ordered, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then contact you immediately and advise how to proceed and to apologise for any inconvenience.

MAEVA will cover all postage costs on wrong items.
