We hope that you love your loungewear items but in the unfortunate event that they weren't quite right, we offer the following returns and exchange policy at MAEVA;
If you change your mind, your item is faulty, unsuitable or your item isn’t as described we are more than happy to offer a refund or exchange within 10 days of purchase on any full priced items as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed only the purchase price.
We are unable to accept returns on any items that that have been used, modified, marked or damaged in any way post purchase.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges available on sale items. This includes multibuy offers and discounts.
If, however, your sale item is faulty, we will of course offer a full refund.
If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product received and product originally ordered, and whether you require a refund or replacement. We will then contact you immediately and advise how to proceed and to apologise for any inconvenience.
MAEVA will cover all postage costs on wrong items.
To return your item, simply contact MAEVA at email@example.com and quote the following; Order Number, your name and address, contact number and reason for return.
We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to send your purchase back to. Please ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging, and that your order number is included with your return.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed.
When sending return items to MAEVA we recommend using registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss or damage of items in transit.
In considering any application for refund or exchange MAEVA reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact MAEVA immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not been shipped then we will cancel your order and organise a refund. If your order has been shipped then you will need to return your order to us via the returns process.
